Document APIs at an appropriate level for various audiences
Create code examples
Write highly-technical and user-friendly content
Provide feedback to developers to ensure cross-platform API consistency
Clearly communicate an API’s business case
Work independently and proactively with multiple stakeholders
Qualifications:
A good English writer with some experience in writing professional-level technical content
You’re comfortable with technology
You have a basic understanding of programming
You know the basics of API design
You’re familiar with developer tools and you feel comfortable interacting with developers and product managers
You can communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
