Are you an Occupational Therapist OT looking for the ultimate pediatric opp! ortunity? Are you looking not only to expand your skills as an Occupational Therapist OT but also as an individual caring for children with multiple physical and developmental disorders? Then look no further!
Setting:
Outpatient pediatric private practice
Population:
Strong focus on Neuro rehabilitation population; other clinical diagnoses related to Autism, Down syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy; ages 3-12 yrs, but can see all ages.
Hours:
four ten-hour days, or five eight-hour days
Compensation:
dependent on experience…ranging from $65K-$85K

As the Therapy Supervisor for Occupational Therapy, you would be responsible for mentoring and training new hires, supporting the director of therapy in any administrative tasks related to the department, and treat a caseload. This role is perfect for someone! who still wants to treat a caseload and also be a clinical le! ader on the floor.
Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to apply.
OTs with Experience: past pediatric experience required.
Mentorship and Leadership in Occupational Therapy preferred.
