WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Configuration Analyst AP&AR who will join Finance and Procurement Technology (FPT) team who is responsible for delivering the future within Nike’s Indirect Source-To-Pay Engineering organization.

Nike operates in over 50 countries around the world and has daring growth plans. This growth requires us to design and deliver technology solutions that create a streamlined user experience and seamless integration across Nike’s suite of sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and payment platforms and applications. This is a global technology role that supports a global operations team.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:

This role will be part of the FPT Procure-To-Pay squad and will work very closely with business partners and peers on other global technology teams to gather business requirements and implement solutions, including configuration and testing. You will play a role in helping Technical Product Management and Architects assess the feasibility and complexity of solution options.

You will be expected to complete configuration and customizations across various platforms and applications including SAP ECC, SAP S/4, SAP AP (Accounts Payable) in a complex Procurement and Sourcing ecosystem that is integrated with several SaaS and 3rd party applications including Coupa, Concur, Aravo, AWS, etc.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

  • Help the Product Manager or Engineering lead actively manage and groom the backlog to keep a healthy list of items that are ready for development
  • Improve estimates by ensuring clarity of context and intent of Epics/Stories.
  • Actively participate in PI or Iteration Planning processes to identify risks and issues and help to create a feasible and successful team plan
  • Support the creation of test plans to ensure the effective testing of technology changes before deployment
  • Consult and collaborate with business partners to support technology and process improvements
  • Enable the ‘team’ to succeed by providing insight and critical thinking to complete solutions/problem solving

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • 3+ years’ of hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Finance portion of ERP projects and programs; should include exposure to localizations and customizations for a large global organization
  • Strong communication skills, experience with working in global organization, multicultural environment, Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with both business and technical IT teams required
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment

Bonus points for:

  • Prior experience in working in a complex integrated Procurement and Sourcing ecosystem using SaaS and 3rd Party technologies like Coupa, Concur, Aravo, AWS, etc.
