Supports and executes the Medical Surgical value-added clinical support strategy.
Implements Clinical programs and initiatives ! that differentiate Medical Surgical Systems' product portfolio based on improved clinical outcomes and process enhancements.
Provide Clinical expertise to our customers and provide top level customer service to regional accounts.
Manages the on-call specialists schedule for coordination of the conversion management process throughout the timeline of validation to retention.
Works in concert with the Regional Sales Team to ensure our conversion management process is effective and our products are properly used by our customers.
Provides clinical support training to increase the clinical acumen for our Sales teams as needed.
Assists in building a strong regional on-call Specialist support to help reduce travel costs.
Shares best practices with the Platforms, PhaSeal Specialists, Sales Consultants, Sales Management, and SAM teams to enhance the MSS programs and processes.
Manages responsibilities within the allotted T&E expense budget
Travels 80! % (required) to meet the expectations of the position and serv! e our customer's needs
Specific background; experience and qualifications:
- Registered nurse with a degree, BS is required
- Effective at working in a nursing and pharmacy environment
- Knowledge of medication delivery
- Knowledge of hazardous drug delivery
- Knowledge of oncology
- Knowledge of infusion therapy
- Knowledge of infection control
- Knowledge of pediatrics
- Knowledge of MS Word, PPT, Excel
