The Warehouse Operations Associate will manage and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse while ensuring efficient operations.
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Joining Bonus:Responsibilities:
Oversee the warehouse inventory and maintain an accurate database.
Coordinate and schedule the movement of products within the warehouse, including storage and shipment of finished products.
Develop a daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse.
Manage the daily flow of finished products by adjusting storage space assignments.
Ensure the availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
Identify and report slow-moving products and, with approval, arrange for their removal.
Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished products as needed.
Operate forklift trucks as needed.
Document all related activities and complete forms and reports.
Handle incoming phone calls.
Enter orders and confirmations using P21 system.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of company product codes and terminology.
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
Experience operating forklifts.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least two years of experience working in a warehouse preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds as needed.
Ability to move around the warehouse.
