The primary role of a Front Desk Agent is checking guests in/out of the hotel, while providing the highest quality of service and complying with company and brand standards.

Responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Basic clerical duties (Answering phones, scanning/copying/faxing documents, etc.)
  • Checking guests in/out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of billing and guest information.
  • Communicating effectively with guests and all departments of the hotel, to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensuring timely delivery/resolution to guest requests and issues.
  • Cash handling and point of sale transactions.
  • Upholding all company policies and procedures, as well as brand standards and requirements.
