Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and SEO.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and sales team to ensure digital marketing campaigns are aligned with the customer journey and support lead generation and sales goals.
- Monitor and manage the online reputation of the company, engaging with customers and responding to feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously research and test new digital marketing tactics, platforms, and tools to optimize marketing performance and drive growth.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, SEM, and content creation.
- Proven success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, paid advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in generating reports and insights from marketing data.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
