As a Client Success Rep, you will be the face of our company, providing comprehensive guidance and solutions to our valued clients. We're seeking someone with outstanding communication skills, empathy, and patience, who can handle challenging situations with ease and grace.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout their customer journey.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to provide clients customized solutions that align with their goals.
  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any issues.
  • Maintained accurate client records and updated internal systems with relevant information.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments.
  • Contribute to developing and improving the customer service process at Nelly IS Marketing
  • Must be available M-F, 8-5 EST Time Zone

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
