Occupational Therapist / OTR
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Physical Exam and PPD or Chest X-ray within the past year.
- Solid work history.
- Three professional therapy references.
- Must pass a company-paid Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening.
