More details about this occupation opportunity please read the description below. Nestlé Nutrition has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Training Performance Development Manager. This role is a mid-level training position respons! ible for the development and delivery of training to support key sales and marketing strategies.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assists in the development and delivery of training and development curriculum to include New Hire Associates, Incumbent Associates, Field Trainers, Product Innovation Launch, National and Regional Sales Meetings and online training courses.
Under the direction of the Head of SPD, assists in the development and delivery of technical training related to the CRM 2.0, Business Plans, Opportunity Model and Mapping Tool.
Works with the SPD Team to deliver PSS, WAS, and Versatility classes following training certification.
Evaluates SPD Training programs for effectiveness and follows up to ensure proper implementation
Demonstrates effective facilitation, presentation and coaching skills
Supporting the product portfolio, assures trainees are able to clea! rly articulate the clinical messages and the scientific eviden! ce and the ability to overcome questions, concerns and objections from HCPs and competitors
Assures associates are able to clearly articulate/demonstrate the business skills associated with the business tools
Provides evaluative feedback following SPD and Regional Managers
Training programs
Works in the field with field sales associates to evaluate progress and provide feedback
Participates on key marketing platforms (Infant Formula, Cereals, Meals & Drinks)
Follows the Scientific Content Development for External Application though Medical Sales Associates. Participates in the cross-functional process and creates sales application through SPD delivery with associates
Displays the ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative, independence and autonomy as well as the desire to be self-motivated, seeking success in achieving both short and long term goals
Updates job knowledge by participa! ting in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Education:
Must have a Bachelorâs degree in Nutrition, Nursing or Business, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Experience:
At least 2 - 5 years of medical nutrition or pharmaceutical industry experience in a sales training function or in a Field Training assignment
Strong business acumen skills;
Effective presentation skills; High proficiency with Business Planning tools.
2-3 Years as a Pediatric Nutrition Representative (Infant Medical Sales role) preferred
Travel requirements: up to 50-60% with some overnight and weekend stays included
