The Speech Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing a goal oriented Speech Pathology treatment program that focuses on speech-language disorder, swallowing impairments/dysfunction and cognitive functioning to achieve an optimal level of independence. S/he provides an environment conducive to functional goal achievement while utilizing interdisciplinary collaboration and available resources to provide care. One year of Speech Therapy experience in a hospital setting required. New Jersey Speech Pathologist license and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology required.
Schedule:
Full time;days. Part time and per diem positions also available.

Requirements:

at least one year in acute care and hospital outpatient setting
[Desired work experience]
pediatric feeding skills preferred

NJ License; CCC-SLP

excellent interpersonal skills; basic computer skills
[Valid drivers license required]
