More details about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. The Hospitalist Service at the Goryeb Children's Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join their team. The Hospitalist will provide direct patient care to pediatric inpatients, provide consultations for pediatric medical and surgical subspecialty patients, and provide direct care in the normal newborn nursery. Experienced candidates with potential for a leadership role are encouraged to apply.Goryeb Children†s Hospital p! rovides advanced specialized pediatric care, including level 1! trauma care and pediatric transport, pediatric surgeons, pediatric neurosurgeons, over 100 pediatric sub-specialists on staff, and 38 pediatric residents. Goryeb Children†s is part of Atlantic Health System (AHS), a not-for-profit institution with multiple other facilities. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of family-centered specialized care, while fostering the education of future pediatricians. Opportunities exist to develop in the areas of education and research. The hospital has access to advanced simulation resources to support the education of residents.
