ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
Evaluates children’s fine and gross motor skills, sensorimotor visual perception, social/emotional & self-care skills.
Delivers therapeutic treatment(s) according to specified procedures
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's preferred
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE (AMOUNT AND TYPE) REQUIRED
Pediatric experience
REQUIRED LICENSE, REGISTRY OR CERTIFICATION
Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license.
Occupational Therapy Registration-AOTA.
Valid Driver’s License.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED
Knowledge of Neuro-developmental and Sensory Integration treatment, typical/atypical child development.
