Requi! rements:
[Minimum education]
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy. Pharm.D preferred
[Minimum work experience]
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric hospital pharmacy experience (professional or externship) with knowledge of unit dose distribution and IV sterile products. A working knowledge of order entry on a pharmacy computer system is preferred.
[Desired work experience]
2 years of Pediatric Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.
[Required licenses/certifications]
(RPh) Registered Pharmacist required, Pharm.D preferred
[Required skills]
Microsoft Office Appl (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
