A local Private Practice is looking for a fulltime Physical Therapist PT to work in their outpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility as the Site Manager. This organization is all about providing the highest quality care, educating patients and family members about treatment, and working together as an interdisciplinary team for the benefit of the child.

As the Site Manager, your various responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the outpatient site or numerous small outpatient sites.
• Responsible for the operations of the site including oversight of non-clinical and clinical staff, overseeing schedules, patient flow, budgeting, and customer service inquiries.
• Assists in the development of policies and flows within the site that will support and enhance the provision of services to meet customer exceptions.
• Will work closely with the Area Vice President to meet productivity and volume expectations.

This pediatric practice focuses on a family centered care approach, which encourages a parent or guardian to participate in every patient treatment session. The patient care is all one on one allowing for true quality care. As the Site Manager - Physical Therapist you will oversee the entire clinical operations as well as the non-clinical staff.

Hours:
Regular business hours 8am-4:30pm, NO WEEKENDS! Extensive benefits packages including: health insurance, continuing education, competitive salaries, and 3 weeks PTO to start, etc.

Job Requirements:
Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license. Master’s Degree preferred. Must have supervisory experience. Clinical experience greater than 5 years. Pediatrics experience preferred.
