An opportunity is available in north NJ for a general ENT to join a private single specialty group practice as their third associate. They are a very busy general ENT practice seeing about 20-25% pediatric patients. Both see general ENT patients, and one partner is also fellowship trained in facial plastics and reconstruction. They work at just one hospital, a 500 bed medical center, which is just one block away from their main office. There is a satellite office (10 mi away) which one physician visits twice a week, and, with the addition of a third partner, they may wish to increase their presence at this location somewhat. The group cross covers with another so that weekend call will be 1:6.
They share everything equally (call, patients) so there is no competition among associates. The new physician can expect partnership in two years, a competitive salary plus productivity bonus and complete benefits.
